Will graduated from Lee University with a Bachelors of Arts in History and has a Master’s in Ministry Leadership from Crown College. During college, he spent five summers serving on staff at Kanakuk Kamps, and completed an eight-month intensive discipleship program at the Kanakuk Institute in Branson, Missouri after college. Will started attending Fairhaven Church in 2017 and served as a Student Ministry Resident from 2018-2019 at both the Centerville and Springboro Campuses. His years serving at camp, as well as the Residency program helped to develop his passion for equipping the next generation. He now serves as a pastor on the Student Ministry team.
When he is not working with students, Will enjoys cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide football team.
