Kirk has spent over 4 decades in ministry, including seven years as a missionary in Bolivia equipping Bolivian pastors, missionaries and ministry leaders, and many years pastoring churches in the United States and Canada. He holds degrees from Southern Illinois University, Emmaus Bible College, and Wheaton College Graduate School.
He joined the Fairhaven staff in 2002 serving as the Outreach Pastor and has been instrumental in training and sending missionaries from Fairhaven around the world ever since.
Kirk was married to his wife Paula for 27 years, before her passing in 2009, and they were blessed with four wonderful children. When Kirk enjoys spending time with his children, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, three grandchildren, close friends and his extended family. He also enjoys watching sports, good movies, eating international cuisine and speaking Spanish.
