Brittany was dedicated as a baby, and was saved and baptized while growing up at Fairhaven. She felt a call to ministry at an early age through participation in Fairhaven's Kids Ministry. After graduating from Dallas Baptist University a degree in Biblical Studies, Brittany joined the Residency Program to further explore her calling to ministry. After graduating the program, Brittany joined the Fairhaven staff and serves with the Central Operations team where she oversees the Residency program and works on leadership development.

Brittany was born and raised in Dayton and loves spending time enjoying the city with friends and family. She is a foster mom and currently has two children living in her home, in addition to her tiny yet wild dog. Brittany enjoys exploring new places, being with people she loves and studying theology.

Why do you work at Fairhaven?

I love to work at Fairhaven because the culture of the church is unmatched. At Fairhaven people are kind, friendly and genuinely enjoy each other. This is a place of grace and family, there is no where I'd rather be serving the church of Jesus Christ.

Your faith

I’ve learned that the kindness of God is unmatched. The ways He pursues and extends grace is the greatest hope this world will ever know. Having faith in Jesus is the hope that will change the world. I’m grateful for the unorthodox path that the Lord has pursued me and I'm passionate about sharing this hope with others.
