Free tickets are required to attend each event, and they’ll be available here starting Thursday, December 5.
Once your plans are made, be sure to sign up to serve at another event! We’re expecting hundreds of guests this Christmas, and YOU can help make impact in their lives by serving in one of a variety of roles.
FAQs
Are tickets required?
Yes. Ticketing allows us to monitor exactly how many people are coming to each event, avoid overcrowding our facilities and refrain from turning people away unexpectedly.
How much do tickets cost? How do I get them?
Tickets are free, and you can get them here starting December 5. If you need assistance, call your campus office.
What about my kids?
Childcare is available for children ages 6 weeks – pre-K at all events except the 8:00 PM event on December 23 in Centerville. All children attending the event with their family must have a ticket for the event. Children in childcare must have a childcare ticket. All tickets are available via our online ticketing platform.
Does my ticket reserve seats for me and my group?
Your ticket guarantees you a seat; however, all tickets are general admission, and seating is first come, first served.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 30 minutes prior to each event. We recommend arriving early and allowing time for childcare check-in.
What if I have tickets I no longer need?
Please return them so other people can attend! Use the link in your confirmation email to edit your order or return them to your campus by December 19.
What about December 22?
Our Sunday morning worship services on December 22 will be online only at 9:00 AM, 10:30 AM and 12:00 PM. We will NOT have services at our physical campuses.
Will any events be streamed online?
Both of our Centerville Campus events on December 24 will be streamed via our Online Campus.
What if the event I want to attend is full?
Please select another event to attend, or watch online December 24.
